Prompt and honest service from Jack - we recently reached out to Jack to assess and old tree in front of our house that has been losing branches and we expected the need for significant pruning work and expense. Jack was able to accommodate our availability to come and assess the tree. We were pleased to see the thorough work he undertook with the recommendation of no immediate work needed and advice how to monitor any changes for potential follow up. Jack was great. We had two big trees between houses that needed to be removed. Great communicator, showed up on time, made sure neighbours were aware of what was happening, and his crew was top tier.
It was awesome to have Jack on site for the two days that his crew worked on taking down two huge trees. His team was professional, hard working, clean and efficient. Jack notified all neighbours in advance of work days and hours providing contact information for any questions or concerns. Was also personable on site. This large scale job was done perfectly.
We reached out to Jack of all Trees to get a quote for some work we needed done in our backyard. They responded to us within a couple of hours. After a site visit, they sent us a quote via email and we paid a deposit online. They trimmed quite a few branches from a very large tree in our yard. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they left our yard completely spotless. We’re very pleased with how easy it was to do busy with this company, and would gladly recommend them to anyone in the future.
Jack and Joe were top class. Pruned-back and took the dead branches off a 100-year old Black Walnut (huge tree) and took a dead-top off a Norway Maple. In and out in one-day, chipped and fully cleaned up. Jack is very knowledgeable and takes a lot of care in the structure of the canopy and trims/prunes with a strategy. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
