I made an 9am appt over a month ago to have a recall item fixed on my Honda CRV. I was told this would take appx 1 1/2 hours. I arrived at the service dept at 8:55am. The car was not completed for over 3 hours. I don’t understand why this happened. An appt means an appt! It should have been worked on immediately. If not then schedule the appt at a different time. Very disappointed.
12 days to diagnose motor mounts!?!? After dropping off my car I heard nothing from JOD for 10 days. Nothing. No one called to ask questions, no one called to advise of status, no one called to apologize for the delay, no one called to ask what the previous shop had done and perhaps request to contact that shop.
