Please update your hours on google maps if you are promoting yourself as a walk-in clinic on the platform. I came to the clinic because it said it was open until 6pm. But the clinic was closed and there is a sign on the door (see photo). People would’ve appreciated your effort to update the hours and not get frustrated with lack of responsibility. It only takes 10 seconds to update it. Thanks.

I would like to give a big "thank you" to Jasmine at this clinic. She is a great ambassador to "professionalism", at its highest level. She makes it so much easier in helping you get things done, and even takes the time to explain things. Thank you Jasmine for "making a difference". I truly appreciate what you did for me.

I felt valued as a walk in patient, like my heath matters, and as a single mom with 3 kids my time is precious so having the staff accommodate my needs was priceless to me. I don’t have sick days as a self employed cleaner so this was another day trying to find help unpaid. I feel like I didn’t hit a wall here and that the effort was genuine and service was 5 stars, I am smiling just from making a little progress in a busy town!

So there is no such thing as a walk in clinic. I went as soon as they opened and told me they were fully booked with 92 patients that day. Not a soul in the waiting room?! They should hold a certain number of spots for actual walk ins! Or don't call yourself a walk-in clinic.

Thank you for the quick and comfortable assistance I received this week from the Walmart Jack Nathan Health Medical Centre in Kelowna BC. MIchelle answered my call and immediately listened and provided me with help as to what needed to be done. Also gave other suggestions I could follow up with. She was so pleasant over the phone that I felt I was listened to and taken care of Which I was. Soon after I received the email to fill out the form. And then Dr. Leavey called and again I was quickly and pleasantly looked after.... read more
