Clean and Organized :) I went into Jack N Jill for the first time today! I thought it was really nice consignment store! Very clean and organized. They had a little bit of everything, I loved it! I was reading below at some of the other reviews and anyone reading these, just realize that most of those bad reviews were almost a year ago. Cleanest money saver in town ... period. This place was amazing and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. The woman who was working was very helpful and stopped what she was doing several times to answer questions and show us features on equipment. The clothing was washed and ironed which I really appreciated. Some resale places have such a strong smell that I can't be in there for long or I get a headache. Never again cuz I dont have to ! With my first daughter I thought I had no choose but to shop there.... there r so many now to choose from Mother Goose is the best so far.... unlike others who up and leave wondering where your clothes went, they look like there here to stay! Very kid friendly and that makes all the differance when shopping! Jack and Jill dont seem to care if they have you as a customer or not to me if im going to suport your business I want to be valued!!

great place to shop! i have purchased all of my daughters clothes from here and i have been very happy. their prices are the best i have found in the area. everything i have bought there is clean and ironed. i have never had any problems with the staff including the red haired owner, i have had conversations and questions and only had positive experiences. i have never sold here but with how low the prices are to buy(generally between 1-5 $) i don't expect they will pay top dollar. you cant expect them to pay $5 then then wa... read more

Great Selelction -- Great Value The store has an extensive assortment of children's clothing, furniture, toys and accessories. The merchandise that I saw was in excellent condition and the prices are incredible -- overall a great value. I highly recommend taking a look at what they have to offer!

M.P.A. Wow, I should have listened to the other reviewers. But this being the only consignment store in Albany at the time, and the one in Corvallis was closed, I felt like I had little choice. The woman who must be the owner was so rude and disrespectful. She actually was going to give me a pretty fair deal for my clothes and accessories, but I felt so degraded and embarressed by the way she treated me, I just took my stuff and left. she steals from you The lady with short red hair told us to leave are clothes there and she would go threw them while we where gone we came back to pick them up and first she didnt buy anythining said they where worn down even thow 90% of the cloths had never been worn at all.but then we got home and had several outfits missing.

DO NOT SHOP OR SELL HERE! Will never, ever set foot in here again. Will discourage others from going here. Rudest, most unprofessional woman I have ever met in my life. I believe she is the co-owner. She needs to find a job in a factory or somewhere that people will never interact with her.
