Jack gets it done – We had out furnace replaced and AC installed 7 years ago and we had one issue that Jack warranteed and since then our systems have been great. We have recommended Jack to many others who have also had wonderful experiences. The next time we are in the need for HVAC, Jack is the first call we will make.
Ripped OFF! – DO NOT USE Jack Micek for your HVAC. Did a half-ass A/C install. When his crew left we turned it on and it did not work. Called Jack back and was astonished when his reply was for me to 'get someone to fix it." He dropped a bogus unit in my house and he knew it. He knew the unit would not work and had absolutely no intention of ever coming back to my house to man up. He is the HVAC's version of a snake-oil salesman: all promises and talk, no conscious or work ethic.
