My vehicle was serviced. while on their property it was scratched by another vehicle. they will not take responsibility for it happening on their lot. they will not repair what happened to my vehicle on their lot. The OWNER was extremely RUDE to me for no reason. PLEASE think twice about buying a car or even getting ur car maintaince done there. I can't believe this happened to me.

My 75 year old dad who is RETIRED ARMY VET has had issues with his VW Jetta for almost a year. We have had the car in for service several times for unexplained battery drain. They’ve replaced sensors, battery, hooked up to computer and I’ve gone to pick it up and it’s dead. Recently they had it for a week...I go to get car for my dad and it won’t start. With the help of my daughter's grandfather my daughter bought her first car here. She got a used 2014 Beetle. The car had a couple minor cosmetic issues but the sales staff said they would take care of it and they did. The car buying experience was awesome, we will definitely be back! Thank you Ben and Bob!
Since my terrible buying experience here, I have had the opportunity to buy a new truck from New Holland Auto Group in New Holland, PA, and a used SUV from Trackside Auto in Berwick, PA. Both of which were extremely honest and professional before and AFTER the sale! New Holland, and Trackside Auto have restored my faith in the auto sales industry.
