Had a nice experience with the help of a great lady in the service department. My car needed inspection, I forgot to mail in my registration, which was due by the end of January, but didn't realize all this till I was at the dealership. A very friendly woman at the Service Dept must have sensed my frustration and asked if she could help in some way. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership was disappointing due to ongoing communication issues. There seemed to be a lack of clarity and communication regarding work being performed for my vehicle, which made the process confusing and frustrating. I wish I had been provided with updates regarding my vehicle throughout the process. Additionally, I was informed that I would receive a full refund for the services performed, but this was ultimately not provided.
