Dr Maxwell is very attentive, approachable, and knowledgeable.I recommend him and his clinic several times each month.
All staff are good listeners and provided the information to make an intelligent decisions.
As a new patient, I was impressed with Dr Maxwell’s care & concern for my health following an emergency surgical procedure a few weeks prior to this visit. He had obviously reviewed my entire medical history & took the time to discuss my medical needs moving forward. His straightforward manner & professionalism provided the answers we needed. Finding a new doctor in a new city is challenging, but my husband and I both feel confident that we came to the right place.
We were at his practice for several years, and mostly saw various PA’s. There was a lot of turnover, and a big learning curve in the office. Simple prescriptions often took several calls and visits. When I called to be checked out after being physically assaulted (non-emergent), rather than scheduling an appointment they directed me to urgent care-which also became their standard for any minor illness. BEST Doctor EVER! I moved to CO, I have contemplated driving back to TX just so I can see him for my Dr. Appts! I miss him! Great caring Doctor, who is intelligent and has common sense and great bedside manner!

Exceptional person who actually cares about his patients. He spends time to understand the problem and to get to know the person!
My wife and I have seen Dr. Maxwell for approximately 10 years and he is the supervising physician for our excellent P.A., Emily. He is forthright, kind, and responsive to questions. I would have no problems recommending him to anyone.
