I have been seeing Dr. Maxwell for over almost 37 years, right there should tell you how good I think he is and the care he gives.
Very caring attitude towards my situation
My personal experience with everyone in his office, and with Dr. Maxwell has been very good. However, I have had several times of getting very frustrated trying to deal with the phone personnel with regard to communications. The latest has to do with trying to get an appointment with a physical therapist. I am confident that I have already met the maximum coverage with my insurance company, but I need additional treatments, as my issue is ongoing (much of it is arthritic) and it has been over a month, more like 2 months sinc... read more
Was a 5 star until I received a bill two months later for the balance that the insurance didn't pay. It was to be written off but instead they passed it off to the patient. Tired of this greed. American people are being killed little by little everyday by this greed.
Dr. Maxwell is always very thorough and takes a holistic approach to helping his patients.
Long time patient. Excellent care.
