The people who answer the phones here are rude. i happen to have hearing loss and use a app to make my calls easier . Rater than be patient the person is aggressive and yells at me and deals with me in frustration and as a result of the disrespect I am not able to set up a appointment with my doctor this is the typical rudness i deal with all over the city and health system i will be letting the AG know and advocate and find out who your funders are this is not acceptable behavior and service now i am not able to get care is... read more
The most INCOMPETENT office you can imagine, from the doctors down to the nurses and front desk. Do NOT recommend. Patient waiting area is also questionable.
I am saying this with the most honesty & from my heart This hospital and there staff been nothing but GREATTTTTTT TO MY BABY AND I… OUT MY 40 years of life I never met any other staff or been to any other hospital that all the staff and care team was so sweet kind an very great at what they do I never had cross my fingers no problem never felt uncomfortable at all I love them and what they do for my child and I .Clean place as well they go beyond in a great positive way of there title
I've been going here for a couple of years now they are pretty great the nurses and doctors are wonderful
