It was terrible. This mediator said he would do one on one interviews with the parents but never did! He neglected to review very important information provided within his specific guidelines. He also left out hugely important and damaging information that was very relevant. It was thousands of dollars with dozens of facts left out. The biggest losers here are definitely the children!
