I ordered from them once, I knew I was paying too much but I did it for reasons of convenience.. I went to order from them again today (Friday), and they wanted me to wait until Monday - when a price increase was taking place but I was able thankfully to find the products from another vendor that would do it today and give me the lower price before they go up on Monday. Leaves me to believe this store is either slow/unproductive or working for the manufacturers and not the customer’s interests. Be careful!

I just completed an update of my small condo and Steve Martino was so helpful and knowledgeable. His patience with me, an absolute newbie to plumbing fixtures, was greatly appreciated! The showroom is stunning and a pleasure to spend time in. Availability of items not in stock was prompt and Steve’s help resolving an issue caused by a misunderstanding between my contractor and myself was kind and courteous.
