Sarah Davis was beyond rude and disrespectful. She lied, yelled at me and was so awful. Beware and go with another rental agent/company. They only care about some of their clients that pay a lot.
Do not rent from Jack lingo. Agents rude and unresponsive. They are dishonest and try to blame everything on on the tenant. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from Real Estate Agents.
Unprofessional. Called to have unit above ours checked as water was left running all day , long after renters left in uhaul. He arrived at the same time renters returned in uhaul and asked why I didn't message him? How could I when they got there within seconds of each other? He rudely walked away as if It was a bother he had to do his job. Choose another company...this one doesn't care.
