Umm my family has been w Jack Leonard (me 30+, Dad/Mom 60+) GREAT STANDING- he SIMPLY left us in the lurch -NO letter email text notice 'THIS IS YOUR NEW REP' ETC when left AND TOTALLY UNABLE TO REACH CORP- wonder if I hv insurance.........was NOT POLITE professional. JACK LEONARD!!
They started me at one price and unbeknownst to me I’ve been paying nearly a 100% increase in my policy rate for months because they will only send you letters about policy changes.
