Horrible experience. Never picked up their phones. They take forever to get back to you if you have a maintenance issue. Don’t waste your time looking here. A joke of a realty office.

DO NOT RENT WITH JACK KOHL. I would give 0 stars if I could. We could not see the house until the previous renters moved out (about 5 days before we moved in). When we moved in we discovered the gas valve had been turned off because the house HAD A HUGE GAS LEAK. They apparently had no intention of fixing it before we moved in. We had to get the gas company involved for it to get fixed. On top of that our basement was infested with black mold. We had to call 4+ times for them to look at it.
