We have used Dr irwin for sometime and the quality of patient care has slid so drastically, most notably in his sensitivity (or lack there of). In our most recent visit, with our 7 yr old son who needed two baby teeth extracted, the man first regaled us with a story about an athlete who tried to to sneak in his ex-wife's house to put the tooth fairy's money under the pillow and then proceed to be arrested for spouse abuse while he was there. Dr. Irwin is great! He is personable and a fun guy to have to work on your teeth. I had extensive dental work done on my mouth-including crowns on numerous teeth-he's an old-fashioned dentist with a great chair-side manner. I highly recommend him!

He has done lots of work for my family through the years and I find him to be a great guy and a great dentist
Jack Irwin is a really nice guy. He will make you feel comfortable. He is the only dentist that my father will go to. He never leaves you waiting, and is sympathetic to pain and very easy to talk to. He will tell some jokes or stories to take your mind off the procedures. However, I have had better cleanings, and I know some people who have had to get their crowns redone. But, he is fair and honest, and does a decent job.
Dr. Irwin is a regular guy dentist, with a great integrity about taking care of your teeth. He's personable and knowledgeable, but he doesn't sugarcoat things. He's speaks plainly and clearly about procedures and the consequences of what he's going to do. I had a couple of extractions and I felt comfortable in his hands. His store front office is smallish, but it too is comfortable, except for its closeness to the street. Jack Irwin has been treating my family & me for over 10 years . . .absolutely no complaints!
Unprofessional. Made comments during the treatment. Painful treatment that had to be fixed by another dentist anyway. Overall a really bad experience
I have been very pleased with my results. They were affordable and my insurance was accepted. I have been very pleased with the entire experience.
