Was looking to trade in my vehicle and purchase a Volvo. The sales rep Bert was very personable, lighthearted, knowledgeable and professional. He accompanied me on a couple of test drives and sold me on a car that I wasn't even initially looking for. The receptionist was all very sweet and professional as well.
