Extremely dishonest Volvo finance office. Advertise a price and then quote it several thousand dollars higher. Playing games direct with with me.
It was a pleasure working with Bert Sims and Tim Chumley purchasing my Volvo XC60 on 7/ 24/26. I would recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing a new/used vehicle to reach out to Bert. He was super helpful. Thanks again! Linda Watkins Tallassee, AL.

Was looking to trade in my vehicle and purchase a Volvo. The sales rep Bert was very personable, lighthearted, knowledgeable and professional. He accompanied me on a couple of test drives and sold me on a car that I wasn't even initially looking for. The receptionist was all very sweet and professional as well. Thank you Jack Ingram Volvo and Volkswagen for your help!
