Team, very much appreciate your service department customer service focus and solving my problems. Had a check engine light, short notice request to come in, and Jennifer and team communicated and solved / fixed the problem. Oh by the way your dealership is 1.5 hours away and we won’t go anywhere else. Thank you.
We were traveling back from Florida and needed to get our car checked out. Jennifer was awesome and accommodating she got us right in and helped resolve the issue. While we were waiting, Ms. Linda was so nice and hospitable. She made sure we were comfortable and offered us refreshments. Thanks to the staff at Jack Ingram Volvo!!!
Currently sitting in the waiting room as my car is being serviced. The salesmen didn't greet me and have not spoken to me. Not one word. And the receptionist either. Funny thing is, I'm actually in the market for a larger SUV. I guess they are not selling cars today.. 😕
