Had the best experience leasing my first Volvo this past Saturday. I told Robbie exactly the price range I wanted to be and he made that happen with room to spare. He also made sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted and took the time to explain all of the many features. I am very pleased with my new XC40.
I can afford anything they sell at the Porsche, Audi dealerships but all I got was a really disinterested VW sales person. He acted like I'm just a distraction to other more important things. I drove a XC60 today.
Wife thought was an advantage to get service at dealer. She’s had good experiences with her Audi. I’d scheduled service last year and they cancelled twice, second time not until I showed up at 7:30 in am. At that time service was covered under service agreement. Now at 58k miles apparently not. So charged me $779 including a $40 “misc charge” for an oil change, inspection and change of spark plugs. If I’d agreed to new tires and alignment would have been an additional $1,766.85.
