I made a charitable donation to Jack Ingram/Ricky Trammell on 9/29/2022 in the amount of 4979.12. I purchased a transmission and radiator both have gone bad within a year. Upon my purchase I was well received however the last couple of weeks I was basically rejected. Ricky Trammell last words to me was " this has to "end" somewhere. My reply is that I will never recommend another Nissan Automobile to anyone nor repair work to be done at Jack Ingram dealership. DONE ✔️ 👍🏾

Staff was great and got me in and out. I live almost 2 hours away and spoke with them on the phone to make sure I could get approved before I drove that far and they made it happen. I was in the office maybe 2 hours from the time I walked in. They are fantastic and I LOVE my new Armada and so does my kids. Thank you to the wonderful ladies there!!!
The staff are awesome I walked in and everyone greeted me. And Meeka is awesome !! She was so helpful and sweet! I love my Rogue it’s awesome!! Meeka sealed the deal with her professional attitude and knowledge . Go see her!!
A WONDERFUL experience. My daughter totaled her car and was worried she wouldn’t get approved for a car in her name as she wanted to build her credit. We went there and within 30 min they had her in a vehicle and she loves it!! Sean was her salesman and the finance manager was just as great!! They definitely went above and beyond to help her and she was so thankful!
I had an excellent experience at Jack Ingram. Friendly customer service. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The next time I need a car, I will be coming back.
