Today I called in to Bates Nissan. I spoke to a rude man by the name of Nate in the service department. Therefore, I asked to speak to the sales manager. Nate just left me on hold. I then called back and asked to speak to the sales manager, whose name was Bertram. He got upset because I asked him to spell his name. I purchased a car online from this dealership. It was a disaster from the beginning after I signed the sale papers. The car was listed as a limited but it really was an LE. I agreed to continue the buy since everything was already completed. I was forced to buy a dent/scratch warranty for $1000 but I have no paperwork or anyway to redeem this so called warranty. This dealership uses fraudulent practices. My daughter needed a co-signer and her brother agreed. The salesman took his info over the phone, which could have been anyone, since he didn't have any way of actually verifying who he was speaking to. He then let someone else come in and sign his name since he wasn't available to come in. Said they do this all the time.

PLEASE LISTEN DO NOT ,REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE , I PAID FOR BRAKE PADS AND THEY DID NOT PUT THEM ON ,MY BRAKES ARE METAL TO METAL 3 MTHS LATER ........DON'T SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED AND THEY LAUGHED ABOUT IT WHEN I CALLED OR WOULD NOT PAY FOR A TOW TO SO CALL LOOK AT THE PROBLEM , I WORK FOR A DEALERSHIP AND TRUST ME THEY ARE CROOKS TO THE FIRST DEGREE.
