I know why there was no line at 12:30pm. I got a jumbo jack Jr worst burger ever and squished mess the bun was so thin it looks like someone sat on it. HORRIBLE never again
Nice people, food was fresh and delicious, very clean! I made it a point to let management know. I don't live there, I just happened to be in the neighborhood and hungry. A pleasant surprise!
I read the responses of the other patrons of Jacks and they have posted their complaints on the website of the Bouquet Canyon, Valencia, Ca. They really need to come to the Bouquet Cyn. Jacks, it's run great and the food, the crew the building are all excellent. We've been going there for years and have never found the problems listed by the people who sent in their complaints. So sorry they don't have the Franchise we have...
