I like Jack In The Box, however on my visit Saturday, I placed an order to go and when getting home I found that the food was not fixed properly. I ordered the Deli Tri Pannido and there was no turkey or pickles. If you run out of ingredients, let the customer know so they can decide if they still want to order that item or something else.
The new burger was pretty small. The shakes were thick and excellent. Service top notch. Prices were pretty good. We ate in and place was clean.
I used the drive thru on my 30 minute lunch break, sat in line for at least 15 minutes of it. Had to scoff my food down and return to work. Food was good though.
I came to Jack in the box with my nephew we ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and a large soda.. the service was great the cashier was Alexis she was very nice I got the food really quick and it was hot and fresh I would definitely recommend this Jack in the box..
Love their Iced Mocha. But service is slow and clerk at window unfriendly verging on rude.
Another bad trip. Ordered tacos, and then overheard drive thru ordering tacos. My tacos got given away and I got forgotten.
