Good food, better prepared than most.
The Bacon Double Smash burger was not a "smash burger" at all, but it was filling and had a good taste. The service was lacking. It seemed that there were only two people in the back, because the lady working the counter was rarely up front. A customer who waited about 10 minutes actually walked out, because Joanna never came to the front counter.
Isabella was working the drive thru and was absolutely the sweetest most pleasurable employee I've had the honor of being served! Thank you so much for the great service Isabella!!
Worst jack in the box I've ever been to customer service was horrible got the wrong order and window guy didn't even want to help and food tasted horrible and spent the night with food poisoning will never go back here everyone should stay away
We love the tiny tacos 🌮.. The service was 🤔, "How can I put it, slacking, maybe 😐, no one in the front, 2 guys in the back, 1 restocking and the other 1 on his phone. We used the kiosk to order
