went to drive through for free jumbo jack had three orders wouldnt let us we asked if we could drive around and back to drive through the manager said we could. when we got back they said we couldnt that turned us off of that jack in the box.

This jack in the box is the most ghetto jack in the box I never been so disrespect in my whole life.... just for asking for my food to be made correct... than after the manger didn't say a word nor did I receive a receipt than when I got home this happen. I called the police to make a report also when I called back up there the employees start playing on my phone from a private #....plastic in my food and didn't want to give me my money back when I went back..... while I was on the phone with the PD.... photos in comments...... read more
I stopped by to rave about the Cholula Hot Sauce Buttery Jack and the Cholula Garlic Sauce fries...That sandwich deserves 5 stars! Wow, reading some of these past reviews...I have always gotten good service here. Sometimes the patty is overcooked, but I can forgive. The only time I was truly disappointed was while the Loaded Hash Browns were on the menu - there were never any hash browns available for breakfast! The drunks ate them all the night before.
