Went there two thirty in the morning since it's open "24 hour" the lady said they were cleaning the grill so they weren't taking orders. This is the most lazy ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I will never bring Jack in the box my business again!!! But the McDonald's up the street will take your order.
I went there on Thursday July 5th at 10:30 pm. The manager ( Sheila) taking my order in drive this is very rude no greeting at all. Need a better management team to run a place .

Friday Lunch time: Very un- friendly manager working front counter. No smile. No Greeting. Had to ask for napkins because dispenser was empty. Same manager gives me 3 after I had to ask, and still, unfriendly. No eating utensils available to customers without asking and getting glared at for asking. Still unfriendly.
