I ordered 2 tacos. They were cold and the cheese was not melted! I wanted the 3 for $1 tacos, but was told JITB never sold 3 tacos for $1! Yes, they did.
Now I get its CHRISTMAS AND ALL BUT THE DRIVE THREW WAIT IS CRAZY A LINE TO THE STREET HAVING TO WAIT OVER 30 MIN. JUST TO ORDER. REALLY DISAPOINTED. IF JACK IN THE BOX CAN NOT HANDLE THE CROWD THEN DO NOT OPEN YOUR DOORS TAKE THE DAY OFF WE THE CUSTOMERS WILL UNDERSTAND EVERY ONE ELSE IS CLOSED. THIS JACK IN THE BOX IS USUALLY MUCH FASTER THAN THIS.
