good food. breakfast was terrific.
Ask to simply add an order of 10 nuggets at the window. The drive thru lady told the the manager and she just rolled her eyes and shook her head no like it was a big deal. A simple no I'm sorry would've been alright but her attitude was bad about the whole ordeal.
Jack in the box is a great restaurant as long as you go after 8pm especially in Charlotte, NC and Gastonia. If you go to any of these restaurants and ask for anything other a quick burger, they will tell either they dont have it or the tacos are frozen. Another was the no truck didnt come and my favorite the shake machine is shut down at 8pm. Why do they stay open 24 hours it's a waste of money and time for the consumer?
I moved from the west coast to Georgia and not a Jack in the Box anywhere. I went to Charlotte for a concert and like a mirage a Jack in the Box appeared. Of course it was extremely busy, about an hour wait, but it was so worth it. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! The man who helped us, David, was wonderful and patient. Best Jack in the Box ever!!!!
I will never eat there again! The food was ok. The service was ok! When I seen one of the manager and crew member outside smoking, petting a dog, allowing the dog to jump all on their aprons and came back inside and went back into the kitchen.....I was done! Poor sanitation!

We came here from Pooler, Georgia to get away from hurricane Irma. We haven't been to a Jack In The Box in 4 1/2 years since we left Peoria Arizona. We LOVE Jack In The Box and were very excited to eat there last night! It was great! You need to bring Jack In The Box to the Savannah/Pooler, Georgia area. It would do so well there. �
