We just came from Jack in the box in Everett WA on Rucker. We paid and got our food waiting for our drinks there was a little girl about the age of 7 or 8 in back. She was getting into all the food including french fries after picking her nose, she was touching the soda machine where the soda and ice cream come out of. If ai choose not to cook and eat take a way once every month Jack in the box is my family's favorite, I do order lot of greens to balance. I usually take away, but today we decided to eat in and all the tables weren't clean :(
One if the employees was very rude. Her name is Sara. They asked me to pull forward when she came to the window and was like yeah??? They really meased up my fish combo order a couple of weeks ago and told ne that they would write my name down so I could get a replacement. They told me I could come back anytime! First of all my family loves Jack & The Box. The one next to Fred Meyers on Casino & Evergreen way - just cannot get it together. We usually only go there at night. You'd think since there is less business late at nite service wouldn't be an issue. They managed to get my order correct ONCE & it was an accident. In the drive thru the car that left before us didn't get all their order and it was given to us and this actually was what we ordered.
