Always an issue one time I went and the employees were waiting outside cause the manager didn't show up and they couldn't open the registers worse JACK EVER �
I had a big problem with the night people they were rude messed up my order and charged my card twice so I went in the next day to fix it and the 2 month old manager fixed my problem and actually got me to apply there he was very professional made sure he fixed everything and also that I would come back. He also said the night shift is on the way out the door good manager
I guess if you file a complaint with Jack in the box management and they promise to rectify the situation and tell you I promise to send you this and this it turns out to be a lie to make sure you dont continue to file the complaint more forward Legacy village in arizona jack in the box general manager is this liar and my name is marc and I am the man you lied to when you told I am sending you some nice things on march 16th and this day is march 26th and nothing has arrived marc 480 395 5754
