I’m a UPS driver in an area I’m unfamiliar with. I see a place to eat (and I do not normally eat at Jack in the Box) and decide to stop because I’m starving. I place my order and ask to use restroom while I wait for food. The girl tells me no and I said “but my hands are dirty and I don’t really have a way to clean them” so she offers me hand sanitizer, which would be great but on dirty hands doesn’t do me any good. Laurence is a piece of trash. Very rude from the get go. Ask for Francisco he will provide good customer service.
Pancakes were literally hard as rocks. Spent a total of $32.00 for all the kids. Absolutely awful.
Unfriendly staff. We were there for at least 5 minutes, staff made eye contact, but never once greeted us. Food was ridiculous, got my money back. Will not revisit that store.
Food was good as always. Service was ok but could be more organized
