I work late nights and every time I try to go after I get off work, their always “cleaning the grill” I try to order breakfast and they say you can have whatever you want besides that because the grill is getting cleaned. I said well then how do you cook a hamburger, she said oh don’t worry, we keep them in a hot box all night. All I can say is WOW!!! Well done Jack in the Box. You lost our business!! I have heard others tell me the same thing about the Hazelwood location
always out of food, stuck in line FOREVER!!! Rude customer service.
Sat in the drive thru for over 10 mins and no one even took my order. So frustrating
They were out of almost everything. I don't even understand how that happens. Then they couldn't even manage to give me all the food that i ordered. The person in front of me also came back to return food. Also no customer service. No hello. No have a nice day. Nothing.
Would be nice if i didnt have to explain to the people taking the order that extra also means an addition to not just the size of something. Would of been fine if they were not rude afterwards and ask me to pull forward with nobody else in the line.
It was good but greasy. Unlike most Jack in the Boxes
Waited 15 minutes for shakes, to be served extremely runny, to the point that I had to get a refund a leave empty handed, I was actually told by an employee that "Steak N Shakes Right der"
