This is Jack in the Box at 3710 Elm St in St Charles, MO. All we ordered was two Jumbo Jacks and one medium drink. Got our drink and was asked to pull around to the front door and they would bring our burgers out. Well, after sitting there and waiting, I finally went inside to get them. I stood there and waited and waited. FINALLY, I got our burgers. One was fine, the other one was put together so terrible it was hard to eat without getting it all over. Won’t be going in there again!!!!!
Out of poppers, potato wedges, and hamburgers!!! So pretty much they didn’t have anything we wanted!!! Such a disappointment! We left and went across the street to Taco Bell!
Forgot half my order after a 10 min wait and I would love to be able to send a picture of the onion rings I was just given
What has happened to this place? My sister in law went here last month and also received terrible service. I've worked in restaurants, and know that every place has one of those days sometimes, but tonight they struck out in all aspects: poor service, poor quality, unfriendly employee, and speed was terrible
worst one I've ever been to horrible management 6 minutes for 4 tacos cold when I got them only customer
