I used the drive-through at your location on Bell and Grand around 7 am on 5/2/20. I ordered two of the #28 breakfast meals. One with a Large coke. The other with a regular iced coffee. Pull up to the window the young lady took my payment and proceeded to hand me my order. Upon getting ready to leave she yells out the window we forgot the ham. I work fast food so it takes a bit to leave a bad review. But I ordered tonight and half the order was wrong, missing, or cold. Sauces missing no drink, no napkins and no receipt. I called and after some confusion and being hung up on, they said to come back ane they'd replace it. My husband drove all the way there and they refused to replace part of our order. Blonde little girl in the front was horrible. They took forever and forgot our order. Remember your customers pay your paycheck. Check your attitude if you don’t want to work there then find another job. So called manager didn’t give a sh** either. You just lost my business forever. Not that it matters to you, because the customer is no longer a priority in this ridiculous society.
So earlier today I was in Jack in the Box down here and Sierra Vista Arizona an ordered my food at 11:30 this morning and they changed crews I went back in to get me some dinner and they say that I cannot be in there.
