Terrible Customer Service
Literally been calling for the last twenty minutes about my order being wrong, no one will answer. I know good and well they have time to pick up a phone I was waiting in line for twenty minutes atleast . Horrible customer service
What the hell “Brad the restaurant manager”. This is by far the worst Jack in the Box ever. I wish I could submit a video of the 10 minutes I’ve been waiting for the girl to get back with me. Earlier I came and they said they had “shift change” and it would take about 15 minutes before they could take my order. My fault for coming back. I should have gotten the clue when the drive through screen has been broken for over 2 months. I was there tonight & placed an order @ exactly 9pm. Took 30 mins for 1 sandwich & fries. Took me 10 mins to eat it. Only 10 customers in the entire place. My 1st & only time there & won't be returning. Terrible service.
I worked for jack in the box and never paid me for hours worked. I called the “gen manager” and every dept of management to get my money for hours worked and I was put on call block and was never returned a phone call in regards to the money for the hours I worked. Super unprofessional staff no education what’s so ever would never support and in the process of lawsuit!!!!
Lack of professionalism, poor customer service , homeless people allowed to lie down by the entrances smoking. Employees kids running about the restaurant, dirty dining areas.
Does it seriously take 20+Minutes for a 'shift change' to complete, for someone to take my order at the window?? They refuse to take my order till 'night shift' comes in, and night shift is late!! What the heck? Is this how service is here now? Because it's unacceptable.
