I got some breakfast Sunday 8:30 AM and the drive-through lady didn’t place the lid properly on my coffee and I was waiting for work and all the coffee got all my clothes on the floor of my car my car seat now my whole entire car smells like coffee the manager didn’t do nothing and I’m waiting for the manager‘s manager to call me
The manager's actitud its horrible, she has not education as a manager, you shouldn't offend the customer when the customer is asking for help with a fraud from her restaurant, besides she forgot some items of my order and when I returned to ask for the money back, she didn't even apologized, just threw 89 cents per each medium fries from a combo that they forgot to put in my food.
