I just had possibly the worst experience I could have at this establishment. Dude at window refused to give me receipt, refused to correct the order he got wrong or serve me fresh food. I know it's graveyard shift but Jesus Christ Almighty that's bullshit.
This Jack was made for this neighborhood. From the bathroom behind a glass buzzer door, to the freestyle soda machine that the customers can't use themselves. And heaven forbid you want napkins. A customer had to wait till 3 customers ordered before he could get a soda refill. Sad...
Yesterday, my sister and I went for lunchtime. I was very pleased with excellent customer service very nice cashier and workers preparing the food. I ordered the Smoky Jack Combo with French Fries and a drink. My food was delicious I will be coming back to this location.
When you have to heat the fries before eating to what the box claims, that's a problem. The meat in the Rib Eye burger was less than warm, very disappointed. First time I tried these burgers, I told everyone how great they tasted. Not the case this time. #ColdFrenchFries #ColdMeat
SHIT was NASTY , I'll never do that again , #shutitdown
