Me and my wife went in here at peak dinner time August 19th went inside, the guy said there are only two of us working; we cannot work both the drive through and lobby so you will have to leave because we cannot wait on you. Took for ever to get our food, hamburger was hard as rock and cold, wife’s potatoes was bad egg shells in the eggs. But on a good note the bathroom was clean

Worst Jack in the Box of all time. Soda machine is broken this time. Always a long wait for food. Always mess up our order. This time the guy came out to the table to ask us what kind of fries we ordered. Absentee management.
Service was absolutely terrible. We went to the drive-thru and they asked us to pull around front to wait for our food. Other people from behind us kept pulling around with their food. Our order was nothing special and we don't know why it took so long. We waited about 20 minutes. When we got the food home our order was incorrect, I ordered my chicken sandwich with lettuce only and they did the complete opposite. I got tomatoes and mayonnaise. My small curly fry was pathetic.
