Over the past 10 years we have given Jack Howk Plumbing over $6000 worth of business. In March 2020 they installed a Navien tankless water heater for us. Now, 2 1/2 years later when it has a problem, they tell us they don't service anything under 6 years old. This is the second time they have been "unavailable" for us for a plumbing issue. The truth is they can't be bothered with "small" jobs, regardless of customer loyalty. I do NOT recommend using them. We are getting much better service from George Morlan Plumbing.... read more
