DO NOT RENT. Photos look nice but people do not care about customers. The rental we got was so stinky and hot- they limit your AC use by putting a governor on the unit. It never cooled when we tried to get it down. In The middle of summer it was just unbearable, especially at night on the second floor. There is a standard and expectation that there should be soap, sponges, laundry detergent, and everything else that you would get in an Airbnb. Stealing deposit money from the students abord! Even after paying the rent they still want to take the chunk off for "electricity" from DEPOSIT! Be aware students coming from work and travel program.
