My 9 year old had a appointment for a filling he has severe anxiety and also asthma. He told the hygienist that he wasn’t comfortable going without me I also stated I wasn’t comfortable with him going alone. In the past I’ve been with him during every procedure he has had varying from medical to dental he doesn’t do well with strangers. Dr. Schwarz and his staff are amazing! You feel like family and they take the time needed for your care. They aren't in a hurry to "herd you through" - the hygienist and Dr. Schwarz explain everything they're doing and any needs they see should be taken care of.

Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! Did this Provider let you know upfront what the approximate cost of the services would be? Absolutely Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider rush your appointment? No Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
