We found Jack on YouTube. We reached out to him for a cross country move. He knows Las Vegas and new home construction inside and out. Jack helped us purchase our new build in the Southwest area and we are so happy with our experience. Jack answered all of our questions and was with us every step of the way. If anything came up, he would be there to help. We are from out of state and his assistant sent us video updates on the house. 9 months later and we now have our new house! We were out of state buyers moving to Vegas. Jack was easy to work with and got us our home that we decided to purchase. While we regret buying this home (new construction) now we wish we had gone with a different builder. Jack was able to answer questions and concerns in a timely manner along with his assistant with recording homes as a walk through.
