I cannot say enough good things about the staff terry our salesperson meshed with us right away, Joe the financial guru actually stepped out from behind the computer in his office and came out and spoke to us not just about financial stuff but everyday things, life in general. When the internet went down and we had to go back to complete the transaction not only did they treat us well but they bought snacks for and gave my 9 year old daughter gifts. Very positive experience with the whole team here highly recommend

Theresa and Joe were absolutely amazing!!! I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, and I have never had a dealer go above and beyond, to make sure we felt confident in our purchase. They made us feel like family when we first stepped onto the lot. This dealership by far is one of the best!!!! You will not be disappointed if you purchase from them.

Don’t trust the service department. First time simple oil change they double gasket causing all the oil to drain out. Went in for another oil change they told me I needed brakes and rotors, went elsewhere to have the work done as my car isn’t that old. Didn’t need rotors and my brake pads weren’t that bad either. Just got oil change somewhere else only to be told that the last place didn’t use the right filter and that they didn’t put parts back in my skid plate. Call out to service manager with no return. Needed assistance with a warranty paint claim. It took 8 weeks and 2 stores to complete the paint work. The entire experience was nothing but horrible communication, false promises and dealing with managers, a GM and a VP of Operations that showed no interest in making right on the situation. I even showed them my 29 page documentation of everything and they attempted to blow everything off. No accountability or ownership at all. Never going to either location again.
