Scheduled me for a recall appointment despite not having the part, tried to upsell me on repairs that wernt needed along with wanting $160 to read a check engine light, the automated machine would not accept a single appointment time that i picked out of the options itself listed, and when i did get someone on the line she hung up on me immediately.
Kim was a very lovely person to work with. The process was smooth and easy. When i got there, she already had the exact car i wanted ready for me to test drive! I am very happy with my 26 Hyundai Tucson!
