Great service department and friendly to. I have bought several cars and truck from W.K. over the past few years and never had the first problem with the service department or any one working there. I have always been treated with respect and enjoy the waiting room while eating popcorn (very good) and visiting with other customers. No one ever complains about W.K. to me.
Everything was great They did a great job giving us multiple options to make sure we are getting the best deal on our new vehicle.
Friendly service personnel I thought the service was excellent but I'm sorry, for a poor guy like me I think your prices are just a little too high for me to keep using you. Although I would recommend your service department I don't believe I will be using it again.
Charlene Fitzgerald This is our third GMC Sierra and we would highly recommend working with Joel Crews. Luckily, we were able to find out what dealership he went to since we bought two previous GMC trucks from him. We go out of our way to travel from CT to PA for the customer experience we receive from Joel. I was also very impressed with the Sales Manager as well as the facility. We will definitely be back when I need a new vehicle for myself.

My review The waiting room offers television making the waiting a pleasure. The service is excellent and the mechanics are polite. For the first time, I had to wait a couple of hours. Usually my car is serviced in a half an hour. As a result of the longer wait, the mechanic shaved $30 off of my bill and informed me my next oil change would be free! The service is always with the customer in mind! If you are looking for a lovely car, I highly recommend the Buick Verano!
