Great job diagnosing and replacing my hot water heater. Tom Jr showed up in a couple hours the same day I called for service. He was able to replace the same day getting us back on track with hot water. Excellent work and very professional.

Tom Sr. Came out today to check an issue with my boiler. Explained everything in detail and in terms I was able to explain understand. Turns out it was just an air pocket that put the boiler in a safe mode. Very honest and respectful and great personality.

Be forewarned, if you agree to the following sentence on the Jack Frost sales agreement “Upon receiving any services in subsequent years to follow will enroll another year of membership.” and you become unhappy with their service(as we did) you WILL pay.

My oil furnace stopped working on the coldest day of this year so far. They were super courteous on the phone and was available same day. Came to do the maintenance on my furnace and it’s back up and keeping us warm again. Thank you! UPDATE: I feel a deep need to update my review. A few years ago my original home furnace finally died and we opted for a full hvac replacement including condenser. They did the whole job, left the home.
