The worst company I have ever dealt with! They installed a heat pump unit and air handler which never quite worked. After 4 years of issues, they came to troubleshoot it this year. They charged $4k to troubleshoot their own system, pumping it full of 4 lbs of extra refrigerant without asking, and did not even come up with a diagnosis, let alone fix the problem! EXCELLENT! I called and Thomas Jr was at my house same day, right on time. He was personable, knowlegable, explained everything completely (without making a sales pitch). This is a family owned small business and we need to keep businesses like this alive. They service and repair honestly and the right way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This place is a JOKE! DO NOT use them for anything. I had them do a routine maintenance on my AC and 60 days later it completely stopped working. When i called them to discuss their immediate response was to point fingers. They also were more concerned with the other company I called to check why the AC stopped working rather then assist is solving my problem. Jessica (the owner) is rude and completely not helpful. DO NOT USE this company for ANYTHING
