Based on the reviews we read of their exceptional service, we had this company come out to install HVAC and a new furnace 2 years ago. Since then we’ve had many issues with the furnace turning on. It’s brand new and shouldn’t have these complications in my opinion. The thermostat calls for heat and the furnace doesn’t fire. We hear the click downstairs by the furnace and the furnace does nothing. They claim it’s the thermostat And the wiring and that they would have to charge us a diagnostic.
