Poor communication. after a week of trying to see if our part came in, our ac is still not working. We were also told the part came in but they can’t schedule us due to them being back logged. So 3 service calls and over a week later we are still waiting for someone to tell us when they will bring the order part and fix our ac. Horrible service. Pick another company.
Allen was amazing! Got our air fixed same day before the weekend. Very nice guy Also spoke to Jamie on the phone who was very kind and got Allen sent out.
