Would like to sincerely thank Ronnie the Electrical unit supervisor at Jack Frost. I called at 7am friday Aug 15 with a concern of loss of power in half my home.He took time to come evaluate my concern arriving at 8 am.He inspected the sevice panel in the basement and ran several tests with a multi-meter and found the main breaker with only 120 volts coming from the main breaker which should have 240 volts going to the breaker grid diagnosing half the main breaker had gone bad.He informed me of the repair costs and said woul... read more
