My 71 year old Mother was seeing Dr. Friedman until I took her in for an appointment. After waiting 55 minutes, he saw her in the office for no more than 5. She was escorted out to the waiting room where Friedman promptly demanded a check from me for the office visit. Only after he stuffed the check in his pocket did he hand her a prescription and escorted us out the door. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Does this provider treat their staff well? Not at all. Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Dr. Jack Friedman, is just wonderful. He listens, he is patient and I would not trade him for the world. The first time I came in I sat down and he asked me pointed questions about my injury. Well needless to say from then on he has stayed one step ahead of the game in my treatment. I just wish he could teach other doctors about bedside manners.
