In response to owners response Yes, I live in Georgia but my family does not. A very close family member was a client of this office for many years and by this relationship is how I became involved and had experienced your office. Our experience with the office was not that great and that is why the one star review. Some may have a great experience with your office and they are entitled to give the rating they feel is appropriate. I simply gave mine.
Mr. Stephens has been providing estate advice for my family since the 1990's. I recently had a new trust created by him to replace my out-of-date trust along with any other documents, such as various medical directives, needed for both me and my wife. I also opted to have Protective Inheritance Trusts for some of my beneficiaries. During the planning process he identified the fact that I needed a new title to my home and took care of submitting the proper paperwork to the recorder and forwarding to me the new title.
