Our family and freinds went to Livonia Rec Center today it was the worst day of the summer please don’t go their save yourself $19.00 to get in and their a mean little lady followings and whistling at u constantly u can’t do this u can’t doo that and they should have let us in for half the $ since half the place was under construction we couldn’t do anything and that little B lady needs her whistle taken away
Amazing staff, clean and well kept facilities. Throughout a lengthy improvement project, they've done an excellent job making it feel nice. Constantly putting money into making it a better place. Affordable and worth the cost of membership! I lost 150 pounds using their Gym equipment
Non-members can purchase a day pass without being a resident. Great pool area, the entire family can rock climb 6+ yrs, lots of exercise equipment, a sauna, a track, and a basketball gym. They even offer party room rentals. Be sure to check for holiday closures. Also they are expanding!
BEWARE!!! Lifeguards leave their posts to mingle with each other, and actively witness children drowning but refuse to move a muscle to save them. After the father was able to get to his child, not a single lifeguard checked to make sure both were okay after. If they can sweep one under the rug, imagine what else they ignore! I'd be curious to know how many deaths or injuries have occurred from pure negligence amongst the staff.
