What happened to Customer First? Who closes when you are trying to make a sale? Jack Demmer's Used Car salesmen that's who! I get it, nobody wants to stay past their shift at any job but when you're working for commission I guess J Demmer's people make enough sales that they can throw one away every so often. Selling cars isnt important This dealer has forgotten what customer service is. You would think that a car dealer located in metropolitan Detroit, (Motown), would have a better understanding of just how important every single customer is. Great Ford Dealer Jack Demmer Ford in Wayne is a great Ford dealer. They are easy to find and usually you can find a parking place. The salesmen/women here are friendly and helpful. We bought a Ford Van here and got a good deal. The service department here was good also.
