This was a great experience during a challenging time! They were professional and most importantly, finished the work early! When I picked up my car it had been fully detailed and was beautiful!
Took my vehicle on for repair during Michigan’s shelter in place order and not only was the repair shop open but they kept me up to date during the repair process. The service was outstanding as they were also navigating the social distancing guidelines !

I personally feel that this company is full of liars and thieves. I looked up every individual part listed in my “total loss” estimate from them and the prices were more than half as cheap. Their inaccurate unfair estimate of my vehicle classified it as a total loss and almost caused it to be towed to an auction. I had to retrieve my vehicle in a hurry before I could get screwed over any further by them and the insurance company. Had my 2019 Nautilus towed to Jack Demmer Collision Center after all 4 of the tires and wheels were stolen. This was the most professional, timely, friendly shop that I have ever visited. Everyone there was super nice from the office staff to the technician and porters. They did a great job putting everything back together including putting wheel locks on my vehicle for me. The vehicle was show room clean when I picked it up. I highly recommend this shop.
