Horrible!!!! Terrible experience!! The service, the people that worked w service… Would never recommend them. I Loved my Audi. I would’ve bought it but disliked Jack Daniels so much I decided to return the car when the lease was up. I’ll never do business w a Jack Daniels dealership again. Very disappointing!

I am very dissatisfied with the services provided by Jack Daniel’s recently. Last month, I had to bring my car in for an oil change, a flat tire, and there was a system malfunction that appeared on my car. I drop it off and a few days later I get a video sent in discussing the issues with my car. Turns out, I had a rodent in my car that bit off my sensor wire. This is our first experience with Jack Daniels Audi in upper saddle river Joe Curado was fantastic very helpful and very honest also Raymond Espinoza was a great salesman helped us out 110% would definitely recommend anyone stopping here first this is our first Audi and due to the dealership expertise and friendliness. It won’t be my last Audi.
